God’s Love

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 14:6

I was thinking today about God’s Love, and how Jesus came to save us from our sins.

And you know, there are so many false, Evil, religions out there! Just think of those cults where everyone kills themselves, or the religions that require thousands of people to be sacrificed, or even the ones that say that you can do anything you want… They all have a darkness, and way of ruin. They allow people to  murder, steal, rape. And it’s okay to them.

But that’s not God’s way. And never will be, and if you follow those evil religions, even if you think you have no religion, you aren’t heading to God. You’re going the evil path.

That’s all for now.

A Birthday once more.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 (NKJV)

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

(NIV replaces thoughts with Plans.)

Today is my birthday, funny thing about birthday’s is that they happen every year, And I want to Thank God for another year on this earth. I’m crossing a threshold, a ‘big’ number. I won’t share that number here since I still wish to remain somewhat anonymous (for now), But suffice it to say that it makes me a little nervous.

But I know that God is in control, He is the One to trust, and the One who knows the future, and actually cares about me! (Enough to adopt me into His family after all.)

I hope that I am being a profitable servant, that what I do actually has a good effect for the Kingdom of God. I do love God, even if I fall sometimes, I am trying to live up to Him (an Impossible Goal), but ultimately God does the real work.

Romans 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

John 15:4

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

So if I really want myself to be fruitful for God, let Him do the work Through me! I will end with my most favorite verse in the Bible.

Romans 8:38-39

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

So although today is my birthday, and I hope it’s a happy birthday, I ultimately want to Glorify God through it and all my life. I dedicate myself to the best of my ability, and ultimately God’s ability, to that goal.

See you in the Universe :’)

NENEN

Then a friend dies. . .

Ecclesiastes 1:2 Vanity of vanities, says the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.*

Have you ever been in the situation when a friend dies? Recently a friend of the family died, he died at work. . . And I’m glad that he was a Christian. . . I don’t know what more I should say, or can, but it’s not easy. Even if we didn’t meet or talk that often, it’s still hard. Even as I’m writing this, I’m shaking a little.

Isn’t everything just a vanity? nonsense, maybe even a breath? What do we know about tomorrow? Our great plans we have for Our lives, what can we really say?

James 4:14 whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.

I have to say, I’m actually a little envious. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to leave this hellish earth behind, and to be with God forever and ever?

2 Corinthians 5:6-8 So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.

Didn’t Jesus our Lord and Savior, tell His disciples that He is leaving to prepare for us mansions (Perhaps penthouse apartments 🙂 ) in His father’s house?

John 14:2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Just think about that, gives me some joy. Maybe we don’t need to mourn too long. After all, They are already home. It’s us still stuck here on earth.

Let’s make sure we serve God, since that’s all that matters

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:

Fear God and keep His commandments,
For this is man’s all.
For God will bring every work into judgment,
Including every secret thing,
Whether good or evil

One of my favorite songs. . .

Heads Up!

Announcement! I now have a new header image!  (see above! 😛 )
A little about that. . .

Jesus, or Yeshua, is the Long awaited Messiah of the world. He came first for his people, though due to their rejection now the whole world may seek salvation.

John 1:11-13
He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

And we can Trust in his promises! He has the power to keep us.

John 10:28-30
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand
I and my Father are one.

Romans 8:38-39
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

Sin No More

There are at two times in the Bible that I can always remember Jesus saying ‘…sin no more.”

The first at the pool of Bethesda,

John 5:1-15

1 After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 2 Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda, having five porches. 3 In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. 4 For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. 5 Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?”

7 The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.”

8 Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” 9 And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked.

And that day was the Sabbath. 10 The Jews therefore said to him who was cured, “It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed.”

11 He answered them, “He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your bed and walk.’”

12 Then they asked him, “Who is the Man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk’?” 13 But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place. 14 Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”

15 The man departed and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.

So all those years the man wanted to be healed, not like some people who would rather use their infirmities as excuses, and when Jesus helps him He gives the Command coupled with a warning.

‘Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you’

___________

The second is to the adulterous woman,

John 8:1-11

But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.

2 Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them. 3 Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, 4 they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. 5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?” 6 This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.

7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” 8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?”

11 She said, “No one, Lord.”

And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”

This passage is certainly a wonderful portion of the scripture, it displays God’s amazing grace and mercy.

On a side note I’ve always wondered what was Jesus writing on the ground? Something to ask him in heaven 🙂

_________

Both these passages teach us certain lessons. Ones we should All heed.

1st, We are all sinners. Looking at the adulterous woman’s story, we see that when the Pharisees and religious leaders wanted Jesus to condemn her, we see that Jesus simply says ‘the one without sin should throw the first stone’.

Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

2nd, We need forgiveness. In both stories the last thing Jesus tells them is to ‘Sin no more’ and to the man at the pool He even adds ‘lest a worse thing comes upon you’.

BTW, Jesus didn’t condemn them, even saying so to the Woman. And they were both wanting what Jesus offered, God requires our willingness.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

So finally, Go and Sin No More. Do not go back to your sins, take a 180 turn and go the other way. Stop Your Sin, Or things can get worse in your life. I struggle with this all the time, it’s not easy. And sometimes I feel like Paul does when he writes,

Romans 7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
(See also surrounding verses)

_____________

I certainly need this message, I’m not exactly the most qualified to give this message, I have reoccurring sins and lusts that I haven’t truly dealt with. So when I say this I say it to all, both you and me.

Go and Sin no more.

Amen.

Good leading to Bad

Where did people get the idea that doing right can’t have painful results? (more on ‘grey zones’)

the Book of Job is actually perfect for this subject. It’s one of my favorite books in the Bible (for several reasons)

Sometimes doing the Right thing will hurt both you and those around you.

So Job was a righteous man, He feared God and eschewed (avoided) evil. One day Satan came to a meeting of angels with God. “And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.” Job 1:7

Then God asked Satan if he had checked out Job, “… that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?” Job 1:8

“Then Satan answered the Lord and said, doth Job fear God for nought?” Job 1:9 and started to say how God is protecting Job, and blessing his every work. (A spiritual Hedge or Wall protected him and everything he had, the reward of Job’s obedience to God)

“… but put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.” Job 1:11

“And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.” Job 1:12

And Satan took everything Job had away in One Day; his 7,000 Sheep, his 3,000 Camels, his 5,000 Yoke of Oxen (A yoke is Two Oxen), 500 female Donkeys, and even worse, his Sons and Daughters were killed when the house they were in collapsed.

“Then Job arose, and rent his mantle and shaved his head, and fell down on the ground, and worshiped, and said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.

In all this Job sinneth not, nor charged God foolishly.” Job 1:20-22

Round One: Satan 0, God & Job 1. Satan had thought he could get Job to sin. God’s test for Job and his challange to Satan worked, like God knew it would. Next time the angels came to present themselves to God, Satan was back. After God asked where Satan had come from, He asked again if Satan had considered Job. “…and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movest me against him, to destroy him without cause.” Job 2:3

Satan replied, “… Skin for skin, yes, all that a man hath will he give for his life. But put forth tine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.” Job 2:4-5

“And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.” Job 2:6

“So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.” Job 2:7

And Job, covered in painful seeping sores from head to toe, took a shard of a pot and used it to scrape himself as a way to find relief while he sat in ashes.

“Then his wife said unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? Curse God, and die.” Job 2:9

“But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.” Job 2:10

Three of Job’s friends came; Eliphaz, Bildad, & Zophar. They had come together to comfort him.

Round Two: Satan 0, God & Job 2.

So, seven days later, Job started to cry out about his problems. Basically complaining, and often asking God questions. He was very depressed.

His friends ruin their own plan to comfort him, and instead make things worse. Saying that Bad guys always get punished and Good guys always get rewards. So it was probebly some hidden sin in Job’s life. (as well his Children) And Job would continue his complaint, as well as his defense.

Then in Chapter 38, God joins the conversation. He doesn’t answer Job’s questions, instead He asks a lot of rhetorical questions like ‘Where were you when I created everything?” or “Can you control everything animals do, or the Mighty beasts like the Behemoth and Leviathan?” All these questions show that there really is nobody like God, who controls and upholds everything.

“Then Job answered the Lord, and said, I know that thou canst do everything, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. . . Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.” Job 42:1,6

Then God told Job’s friends that they had displeased God. And they should take 7 bullocks and 7 rams, and go to Job and offer a Burned sacrifice to God (with Job’s help), and that Job shall pray for them “… lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job.” Job 42:8

“… the Lord also accepted Job. And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.” Job 42:10

So in the End, Job got twice as much as he had before. And he had more sons and daughters.

Final Results: Satan 0, God & Job 3.

(this quote is from my post ‘Never Give Up’)

So, Job is doing the right things, And it puts him in the crosshairs of Satan. Not only he suffers, but his children die, and many of his servants die as well. So it doesn’t only effect Job, but those around him as well.

His friends come to comfort him, But they can’t keep their mouths shut. They have that false idea of morality, thinking that Good people only recieve Good things, and only Evil people receive Bad things.

But since we know what happened behind the scenes, we know that’s not how things work.

Satan wants to corrupt anything that is good, because Good is the work of God.

Ephesians 6:12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

1 Peter 5:8 – Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

James 1:17 – Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

Psalm 145:9 – The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.

_____________

For those of us who have accepted God’s salvation for our lives, Jesus has promised us that we will face persecution for the simple act of accepting Him, and certainly for serving Him!

John 15:18-19 – If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Matthew 24:9 – Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

John 16:2-3 – They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me

_____________

1 John 3:10-13 –  In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.

Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

_____________

Serving God is really the only Good way, everything else is worldly and basically under the domain of the Devil and his ways aren’t going to last.

John 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. (also see Revelation 20:10)

Romans 12:2 – And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 – Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

_____________

We should all ask God to lead our lives through the ‘grey zones’ in our lives, we need Him now more than ever.

Proverbs 3:5-6 – Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Who we really Are

I recently watched Kung Fu Panda 3 and, along with all my other thoughts relating to the movie, I thought about who we are.

Are we ‘perfect the way we are’ as one of the songs in the credits said? One of the themes of the movie was ‘Finding yourself’ or ‘Becoming yourself’, Is that really what life’s about? What God wants for us? & What does the Bible say?

Basically, What’s the Meaning of Life?

Here’s the thing, When God created us, we — as His creation — were “very Good”. But when you continue through the record of history, you see that We MESS UP. We Wrecked It. Because of our evil choices (and We just keep doing them) the very creation is groaning until now (Romans 8:22)

Since that fateful Choice in the Garden of Eden, Humanity has never truly turned around, at least by our own power. The Bible is clear about this, We have become an Evil people, we All follow Satan’s path of disobedience.

Jeremiah 17:9

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Isaiah 64:6

But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Romans 3:11

There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

Romans 3:23

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Psalm 51:5 (NIV)

Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.

Proverbs 14:12

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

______

So, what happens if who we really are is evil? When finding ourselves & continuing that human nature leads to great evil?

Is it worth it to become Yourself, when You are so wrong?

If you don’t Believe the Bible, Look at the news, look around you. Don’t you see how people behave?

______

A long time ago, when I was a little child, I figured out the Meaning of Life. I had said so once to my parents, and they found it a bit amusing, but I really had found figured out something important. What We Were Created To Be. We’ve been made with the ability to serve God, to obey Him and to praise Him. We were made to have fellowship with Him.

We were given the Free Will to have Fellowship with and to Obey God.

So that’s the other side of the coin. On one side is our Original Meaning, the created You; on the other side is our Evil decision to go against God, trying to be our own gods. So depending on your perspective, Becoming or Finding Yourself could be to Follow God, Or to continue our Disobedience.

One thing’s for sure, Following God is near Impossible by our own strength. So we need God’s help

1 John 1:9

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Matthew 19:26

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, “With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.”

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Psalm 32:1

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

Proverbs 3:5

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

So if we really want to find who we should be, who we were created to be. You’ve Got to go God’s way. It’s harder, more difficult, but in the end the rewards are much greater.

If you want to ‘find yourself’ by continuing the dark path, to go with the crowd, you’ll find it easier and even rewarding for a while. But the end, you’ll find it shallow and destruction awaits that way.

1 Corinthians 2:9

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him

Matthew 7:13-14

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Luke 13:27-28

But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

Revelation 20:12, 15

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works .  .  . And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

So here’s a Summery of my point in three Bible verses,

Proverbs 14:12

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Proverbs 3:5

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Matthew 7:13-14

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

_

Personally, The Meaning of Life only makes sense when you include God in the equation. The Athiest life is actually meaningless, the Agnostic is equally hopless, The other religions have you trying to please a god who often doesn’t care. Christianity is our only Hope, and from what I’ve gathered, It’s the Only way. God’s Way is the only way.

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

False Morality

Grey zones, Moral ambiguities, the choices that don’t seem to be quite Good or Evil. Why do they exist? Why do we have them? How should we choose when faced with these ‘Grey zone’ choices?

There is No Such Thing as a ‘Good’ Choice that Doesn’t have some sort of ‘Bad’ Result.

One day I was browsing the Internet about a certian videogame under development, when I chanced upon this article. The writer was talking about how a game (KotOR 2) woke him up to how there are decisions that are grey. How he woke up from his childish Good & Evil morality and realized that sometimes, for example, ‘good’ decisions have ‘bad’ consequences. In the end it seems that he concluded that there is no right or wrong.

Machiavelli [Italian philosopher] claims that as a matter of fact, morality is a lie.

The Problem is he had the wrong idea of how the world works. Nobody (with real authority) said Good decisions always and only have ‘good’ results, and that Evil decisions always and only have ‘bad’ results.

The Reason that Happens is Because We Live in a Spiritual War. The Devil has Rebelled Against his Maker, Just as Humans have.

Romans 6:23 For the wages [consequence] of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

___

1 Corinthians 2:9But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

REAL LIFE IS A WAR. YOU CAN’T ESCAPE THAT FACT.

Revelation 20:12-15

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Got some situation where you don’t understand what to do? Read God’s Word, Pray to Him, And ask for advice from other Christians (especially a Good Pastor).

I would be happy to try to help you out if you ask me as well.

No more then EVERYONE

1 Timothy 2:4-5

“4 Who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;”

This verse tells us two things, The First is that there is ONE God! There are not many gods, there are not many powerful beings to believe in. Only One!

2 Samuel 7:22 — “Wherefore thou art great, O LORD God; for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.”

There is only One Mediator, Jesus Christ. He is the Only way to God (And hence to heaven) He is also God and yet Man.  “every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God” (I John 4:3).

John 1:1-14

“1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

John 14:6

“6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

Now the Second tells us that He wants Everyone to be saved! 1 Timothy 2:4 — “Who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

A Lot of people are going to say that Christianity is Exclusive. BUT It’s not. God wants every one. We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God! None of us Deserve it, but God wants us anyway!

And yet Getting to Heaven isn’t going to happen unless you believe in God, that your a sinner and need his salvation.

Hebrews 11:6

6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Walking Down the “Romans Road” to Salvation . . . .

  • Because of our sin, we are separated from God.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.  (Romans 3:23)
  • The Penalty for our sin is death.
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
  • The penalty for our sin was paid by Jesus Christ!
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)
  • If we repent of our sin, then confess and trust Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we will be saved from our sins!
For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.  (Romans 10:13)
…if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9,10) ” http://www.davidjeremiah.org/site/about/becoming_a_christian.aspx

That is the Only way to Heaven. Jesus Christ is your Bridge, but you are going to have to Go to him for Him to help you.

But if you don’t accept him, You will die in your Sins and will be forever separated from God (Eternal Death) in a place called Hell. “fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell” (Matthew 10:28)

“For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.” (Psalm 1:6)

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death” (Proverbs 14:12)

_______

So here is the Summery:

God is Inclusive, He wants everyone to be saved. 1 Timothy 2:4

But There is only One simple way to heaven, Jesus Christ.
